Incrise storage space on virtual HPE Global dashboard

I am trying to update from 1.8 to 1.91 Global Dashboard. But I only have 160 GB allocated via VMware. I can incrise storage to 200 GB in VMware, but then how to do it on applicase ?

ERROR: Before upgrading, power down the OneView Global Dashboard virtual machine and increase CPU count to 4, memory to 16 GB and disk size to 200 GB.

Re: Incrise storage space on virtual HPE Global dashboard

This is supposed to be documented in the Installation Guide.  The process would be:

  1. Shutdown VM.
  2. Edit the properties of the VM to add more vCPU and vRAM.
  3. Edit the attached VMDK, and change the size from 160GB to 275GB and save.
  4. Power on the VM and then install the update.

If you don't have a lot configured within OneVIew Global Dashboard, you can always replace the VM with a new one.  OVGD does not store persistent data about appliances.  The only configuration would you need to reapply would be the IP Address, FQDN, authentication directories and filters.
