We have a domain linked to OneView to allow users to log in and access the resources, however users in the AD group are unable to.
We are running version 8.30.00-0478357.
Any suggestions why this may not be working? Thanks

SolutionIs there a reason why you selected to configure your Directory with a Service Account? That is really only needed for 2-Factor Authentication with x509 Smart Cards. Otherwise, no user account and associated password would be saved on the appliance. The account provided to validate the directory is passed through as a Secure LDAP query. When a user attempts to authenticate to the appliance when selecting the directory from the login screen, that account credentials will then also be provided via a Secure LDAP query.
Or, are you trying to configure Smart Card authentication with OneView?

Hi Chris,
Thank you for your help. Switching to User Account credentials for the Diectory Binding has resolved my issue.
Many thanks.
