Is it possible to get WIndows Event Alerts to OneView using HPE Agentless Service

We have a customer that at first wanted hardware monitoring which I know OneView handles, but later it was found that they also require Windows Event Alerts. As I understand Agentless Service with AMS runs on the OS and sends information from the OS to the iLO and then SNMP final destination. We attempted to send an alert to Windows Event Logs and had created an SNMP trap for the alert, but we did not see it pass to the iLO or OneView. Documentation does say it will send critical alerts, does that mean if a Windows Alert is not designated as "Critical" it will not passed to the iLO?

OneView has no support for OS level events, unless the AMS generates an event for the underlying hardware the iLO won't generate one for. So what you are trying to do is not supported.
