New devices added to OneView never complete Remote Support registration

We added two new ProLiant servers to our OneView on Friday, and neither are able to complete the Remote Support registration.  They have a yellow warning that says:

Registration of this device with HPE is in progress. Remote Support for this device will be fully operational when registration completes.

But never goes away and we never get any warranty data for the servers added to OneView.  I have let it sit about 12 hours and also tried disabling and enabling the remote support checkbox.  All of other servers, already in OneView continue to work and and recieved updates for remote support data collection.  The "Check remote support connectivity of device: blahblah.blah" event shows a green success indicator.  So I dont think there is anything proxy or firewall related.

I did manually add those device serial numbers into our support site ahead of adding them to OneView.  Would that cause a problem/conflict?

I would recommend this be resolved with a support case. Be prepared to supply a full appliance support dump.
