Oneview failed to enable remote support on ILOs
Hi
I have below config in Oneview 9.30 appliance
OV primary IP : 10.X.X.X
Secondary IP: 192.X.X.X
ILOs are in 192.X.X.X
This is configured becasue Mgmt/OOBM network 192.x is isolated from prod networks 10.x
Https to api.support.hpe.com has been enabled in firewall from OV source IP 10.X.X.X
OOBM network doesn't have connectivity to internet.
I have enabled remote support in oneview, task completed and OV shows connected to HPE and Remote support = enabled. However, remote support is not enabled on ILOs.
When I updated an ILO remote support manually with 192.X.X.X IP of oneview and port 443, server is able to get the contract details.
What could be the problem? Does remote support works when api.support.hpe.com is open only from primary IP 10.x ?
Does it work if I switch the primary IP of oneview to 192.x ?
