A new firmware baseline has been applied on the server. (PMFW_006)
Its been more than2 hrs but still active state

Check the mode of iSUT on the host (sut -status). It sounds like it is in OnDemand mode rather than AutoStage or AutoDeploy.

We need to review the logs to find the exact cause for the PROFILEMGR_FW_INCONSISTENT_SOF issue.
