scope doesnt survive appliance restart

After tagging a scope attribute on a software bundle, then restarting oneview, the scope attribute disappeared.

then logins limited to this scope can't use it

OV version 5.20.01, custom software bundle

Please open a support case. Associating a resource to a scope is supposed to be maintained within the appliances database,and obviously survive a reboot.
