Service pack for synergy 2022.11.0 fails to work with vclm single image

HI All.

I'm having an issue with the latest Synergy service pack and VCLM.  

Using ov4vc 11.1 with vcentre 7u3g with composer  7.20.00-0467548 . When I try to set the following image :

ESXi Version 7.0 U3g - 20328353 (released 09/01/2022) Vendor Addon 

HPE Synergy Server Customization 703.0.0.10.10.5-17

Firmware and Drivers Addon 

HPE Synergy Service Pack SY-2022.11.01.703

it fails with the fllowing error when trying to validate: 

Failed to fetch component information for hardware support package HPE Synergy Service Pack in the depot

Invalid hardware support spec specified in the draft.

Manifest with Hardware Support Manager com.hpe.ov4vc.vlcmhsm and Hardware Support Package HPE Synergy Service Pack version SY-2022.11.01.703 cannot be found in depot.

How do I fix this problem?

I don't have a specific answer for you, but I did see this footnote in

Looks like you have a valid combination, there is this:

d – This SSP is not supported with HPE OneView for VMware vCenter (OV4vC) v. 11.0 or earlier.

I wonder if 11.1 is supposed to have fixed that?
