upgrade HPE OneView VMWare complaince error from 6.00

Hi

I try to upgrade my HPE OneView compliance installed on a VMware virtual machine from 6.00 to 7.20 (or  8.50) 

but I obtain the following Issue  the Upload request was incomplete or used an unexpected format.

The actual complaince firmware is 6.00.00-0432224

file used to upgrade  HPE_OneView_7.20.00_update_Z7550-97425.bin

I have to upgrade first to 6.20 ....
