Hi Guys!
I have one question, when my OneView automatically open any case to HPE, I don't know what account it used for do it.
I have contacts configured, but not are HPE passport accounts.
I try configure insight online integratión, but I think was deprecated.
I want use the my HPE passport account for remote support HPE on oneview and open cases then I review this case on website portal HPE.

Re: Which account does Oneview use to open support cases?
Good day!
To open support cases in OneView, you typically need to configure the HPE Passport account within the OneView settings.
To configure your HPE Passport account in OneView for opening support cases, follow these steps:
- Log in to your OneView appliance using administrative credentials.
- Navigate to "Settings" in the top-right corner of the OneView interface.
- Select "Users and Permissions" from the drop-down menu.
- In the "Users and Permissions" page, click on the "Configure HPE Passport" link.
- This will open a new browser tab, taking you to the HPE Passport website.
- If you already have an HPE Passport account, enter your credentials and sign in. If you don't have an account, create a new one by clicking on the appropriate link.
- Once you are signed in to your HPE Passport account, return to the OneView tab.
- You should now see a success message indicating that your HPE Passport account has been configured.
- After configuring your HPE Passport account, OneView should use that account when automatically opening support cases with HPE.
Note that the specific steps and options may vary depending on the version of OneView you are using. If you are unable to find the "Configure HPE Passport" option or encounter any issues during the process, I recommend referring to the official HPE OneView documentation or contacting HPE support for assistance.

Re: Which account does Oneview use to open support cases?
Hi,
There is no specific user account the OV logs the case with HPE when remote support is enabled.
You con configure the contact details like primary and secondary contact for HPE to get in touch with you. Once done the cases gets created with the below details.
Customer Supplied Site Info
Data Center Supplied Info
Additional Contact Details
Baseed on the Account details and cvontact details it gets mapped to your passport account. you can track from there.
