How to monitor a SQL server where dynamic ports are configured

We are about to monitor SQL level monitoring, we need to understand whether dynamic ports are supported in opsramp

MS SQL monitoring requires static port. Dynamic ports are not allowed.

As requested earlier, can you please help me the account / customer you are working with so that I can align someone for these HOW TO set of questions.
