HPE Primera 630 array with HPE Infosight registration enabled. (scrubber selection DISABLED)
HPE Primera OS version 4.5.7 installed.
Internet connectivity (outbound) is enabled/available.
HPE Infosight device information isn't populated as expected. (suspected due to known OS version 4.5.0 -4.5.7.8 due to high amount /size of logfiles)

Re: Query: HPE Infosight system logs upload / phone-home not fully functional.
Hello @Jaco1,
Can you please detail the procedure you followed to register the device? Was there any error when you tried to register?
Can you post the screenshot, if there are any errors showing up?
Regards,
Srinivas Bhat

SolutionGood Day,
the device is successfully registered with InfoSight portal but the actual device isnt able to upload logs as per frequently system tasks. From the infosight portal the device displays "haven't call home" for x days etc. There is no errors and the infosight support teams reports the device logs is populated into infosight portal but not into STATS / visa versa.
The problem mims the client advisory below, the fix unfortunently don't resolve.
i am looking at applying QAS to the onsite device IP and see if problem persist.

Re: Query: HPE Infosight system logs upload / phone-home not fully functional.
Hello @Jaco1,
It could be even due to the 'reatime datascrubbing'. Please go to Settings -> Telemetry -> Configure Support and try to disable it and check after 1-2 days. There are chances, large amount of data generating from this feature could be choking the regular call home functionality.
Realtime Data Scrubbing
