HPE Primera Node Failed in many of my cases
Hi
We have 3 of HPE Primera Storages such as A650 and A670 and H670 in all of these we have problems.
The first one is after some days we shutdown and replaced in rack and start, but one Node failed (Error FPGA Failed and stay on NEMOE environment so I gues motherboard had problem) so we send failed node to supplier and changed this node for us.
Another storage after initilized one node failed and we changed this node.
Another node every month reset we chnaged this and solve this.
We have good Data Center with good Tempreture and Humidity and clean server room and 4 UPS.
My question is anyone have these problems??
Thankyou

Hello @AHAH,
This is quite unusual issue, Never heard it from any other users.
If you have raised a support case with HPE support, please share it in a private message. Let me check if I can be of any help on this.

Re: HPE Primera Node Failed in many of my cases
Hi Ahah,
This looks to be a hardware failure (mostly the board); and I am not sure whether the systems are under contract with HPE. If yes, please do contact the HPE support to find the reasons behind too many failures.

In HPE 3PAR 8000 or 7000, many of data centers nodes failure occured, I think in HPE Primera these problems will be solved, But accutally not.

Re: HPE Primera Node Failed in many of my cases
Hi Ahah,
Please get in touch with the local HPE support to find why there are 'many' failures at your site. As mentioned earlier, there are no known issues with the hardware and if more frequent failures seen, need to check in detail.
