Primera defragmentation error

After disk resize of virtual machine in VMware I get :

Task 17173 (type "defragmentation", name "MACINE NAME") has failed (Failing checkvv task). Please see task status for details.

Is there any way i can resolve this minor alert?

Is the 'degfragmentation' task failed just once or is it a recurring task failure of defragmentation?

Just installed latest Primera OS update and they are gone
