WebAPI with ActiveActive Peer Persistence support?
Hi, afaik the latest Web Services API developer reference for primera and alletra is v1.10 which was released with MC 4.4 and 9.4:
Document - HPE Alletra 9000: Web Services API v1.10 developer reference | HPE Support
Document - HPE Primera Web Services API 1.10 Developer Guide | HPE Support
The Alletra API docu is quite incomplete, the primera one is better. But both do not contain anything about Active Active Peer Persistence. After playing with it a little, I found out setting the activeActive-policy works. But I can't find a command for admitting a host to a rc group (setting proximity) .
Is there a more recent API Docu? Is AA PP supported with the WS API? Is 1.10 the WS API Version for MC 9.5/4.5?

Re: WebAPI with ActiveActive Peer Persistence support?
Hi apol,
As per my knowledge, the latest Web Services API developer reference for HPE Primera and HPE Alletra storage arrays was version 1.10, released with MC 4.4 and 9.4.
It's important to note that specific features and functionalities may vary depending on the software versions and releases.
Regarding Active-Active Peer Persistence and admitting a host to a Remote Copy group, it's important to note that specific features and functionalities may be introduced or updated in newer versions of the storage array firmware and management software.
Consequently, the API documentation may also be updated to reflect these changes.
To obtain the most recent API documentation and information on Active-Active Peer Persistence support and admitting hosts to RC groups, It is recommended contact HPE Tech Support Center.
Hope this helps.
Regards,
Satish
