Connecting U1 to ProLiant 5000

What's the best cable / array card configuration choice for these two systems (both towers)?
(I currently have a stack of Wide-Ultra drives, two Smart-2/SL's and a Smart-2/DH)
Anyone got any documentation for a U1 (Series 4100?) Storage System?
Is it upgradeable (other than adding a second PSU?)
Could I add a second scsi card to it and make myself a U2?
