Re: DISK EXPANSION

Nupaul:

The C2467N looks like an old compaq tower storage Expansion box. One of those where you connect it up to a server and you can put scsi devices into it.... drives, tape drives, etc.

Can't find any good references to it on the web, just a few sites selling refurb stuff.

Seem to be sold as a DAT/DDS-2 External Tape Enclosure.

Re: DISK EXPANSION

Nupaul,

C2467N -- Model 8002D R DAT Storage subsystem . It was introduced in 1993 and went obsolete in 1996 and end of support in 2001.

It was a single ended SCSI II Mass Storage Systemwith up to 16 Gbyte DAT's (two DATs). For integration into 19" EIA cabinets for use with HP9000/8X7 HP-UX 8.02 or later; HP3000/9X7, MPE 3.1 or later.
