DL380 G5 storage server rapid startup wizard [RSW]

Any reasons why the RSW is not coming up.
Its a brand new machine.
Has anyone faced similar issue ?

The RSW is associated with the HP Storage Server Management UI (HPSSM). It is automatically displayed on first time connection/startup. When exitting HPPSSM, a popup appears asking if RSW should be run next time HPSSM is displayed. If No is selected, RSW won't automatically display.

Can you launch RSW under the Actions pane on the right side of the HPSSM UI? On the left side pane, make sure the HPSSM icon is selected. Also, the capablility to run RSW is found under the Utilites area (center pane) on the HPSSM UI.
