DPSS:Unable to configure End user recovery on laptops/desktops

Hi all;

I am trying to configure "End user recovery" feature on laptops/desktops with Windows XP SP2 but I can not. I installed the hotfix WindowsXP on each lap&pc and add them to the same domain that my File Share Server and this domain is the same for my Data Protection Storage Server (ML100 with DataProtectionManager).

My lap's & pc's do not have firewall activated.

Any idea??
