Smartarray rebuild status
How long does the build of a new array lasts?
We start setting a new (empty) RAID5 array at a SmartArray6402 with 300GB U320 SCSI disks a couple of hours ago and still see the message rebuilding. Is there any way to see the progress?
regards
Peter

Re: Smartarray rebuild status
Hi,
"Is there any way to see the progress?"
The tools are depending on your OS.
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

Re: Smartarray rebuild status
we are using Win2003 with ACU 7.70 and HP System Management Homepage with SmartArray Plugin.
When rebuilding an array, SMHP shows the progress in %. But the new build doesn't show anything (progress bar shows N/A)
