Cannot download SVTSP-2021_0110.02.iso

I need this ISO too for a SimpliVity upgrade but I got the same error. 

Is there another way to download this file ?

Visit support.hpe.com and then choose "My HPE Software Center". Once there, select "software update" under the menu and it will direct you to the downloads available for your product. Have in mind you need to have your contract registered before doing this.

The "Software Update" menu does not show firmwares files.
I only need the SVTSP-2021_0110.02.iso file.
On this page : https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/swd/detail?swItemId=MTX_7bf7a0ccf6cd45c89199bc5c63 , I was able to download the 790-000107-LSI-r.iso needed for my Proliant DL380 Gen9 servers.
But when I click on the SVTSP-2021_0110.02.iso file I got the error "Could not open the page...".

Looks like it is a global problem I can't download Firmware package too, and there is no alternative from HPE at this point.

Same issue with same error. Any idea when this is expected to be resolved?

Please apologize for the inconvenience. I have a ticket open to fix the problem, will provide update once it is fixed.

Fixing a download link for an enterprise platform should not take a week.

I ended up contacting support who apparently have been flooded with this issue as they had it all prepped on an ftp server ready to download
