Correct version of arbiter installer for Omnistack version 3.7.3.95 ?

Arbitter is currently disconnected. We plan to deploy new arbiter machine. 
Is this the version arbiter version is correct for Omnistack version 3.7.3.95 ?

type: Windows installer Package

Hello, the arbiter is in the bundle of the SimpliVity release :

If you have no particular reasons to use the 3.7.3 you should work with the last release 4.1.0 (A) :

Yes,

"simplivity-arbiter-3.7.3.65.msi" is the correct arbiter version for "SimpliVity-OmniCube-Software-revA-3.7.3.95"

I created a ticket that day in parallel, Support gave me the same version of what I have.

to add this is my step
1. Install Arbiter
2. putty target OVC cluster to repoint
3. sudo su
4. source /var/tmp/build/bin/appsetup
5. dsv-arbiter-instance-set --address xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
