Factory reset on remote server. Is it possible with 4.1.2

Can I not do a factory reset from the iLO using the 4.1.2 usb image from a server on the local subnet? Do I have to use a usb drive with the tiny image? I have a server that is at a remote site and I need to get it reset. How do I go about this without having to ship a USB drive to the site?

Hello @TDW1 

Yes, you can mount the tiny image as virtual media using iLO. When booting up the server choose F11 to select the virtual USB device and boot from it.

Hi gustenar,

Thank you for your response.  When I would use MS Edge for the reset, I would time out.  I tried with IE and it worked without issue.

I would be curious to know if anyone else has had the issue with Edge.  I am sure most people are not using IE anymore.
