Failed status : Alreaday prepared to a higher version

Hi,

While trying to upgrade our OVC from 3.7.10 to 4.0.1U1 I encountered this error. 

Failed: This cluster is unavailable for an upgrade to the current version as it is already prepared to upgrade to a higher version. 

I am thinking that running the update manager of version 4.10 might be the cause. please help.

you do not need upgrade manager to do an upgrade

you can do it directly. first check current status

This is solved after changing the Java version installed in my laptop.
