forgot svtcli and root password on esxi host simplivity

Hi Support, 

i can't login to OVC Console using svtcli, root and administrator vcenter password, is there any way to access OVC console or reset password ?

Good day. 

The OVC can only be logged in with the Administrator@vsphere.local or svtcli credentials as you have already tried. 
If the OVC fails to login with the administrator@vsphere.local, then one can look at svtcli creds. 
There is a way, where you can reach out to the SimpliVity support team and they can help you with resetting the SVTCLI creds and once that is setup, you can then proceed to update the details of vCenter creds in order to login successfully on the OVC next time.

I request that you watch the video troubleshooting the error that says 'Remote Access for ESXI Local User Account Root Has Been Locked' after multiple failed login attempts.
