HPE OmniStack REST API - MVA?

Can I edit the Ram from the vcenter page as it says it should use managerment, not sure if it is HPE OmniStack REST API - MVA?

Simplivity RAM memory shouldn't be modified. There was a similar question about modifying OVC memory here:

Then what is vmware prompting to do via management?

It's a warning only that this is a device controlled by Simplivity. Changes to its configuration can affect its proper operation.
