Re: HPE SimpliVity Plug-in for vSphere Client status shows failed after a power outage reb

Hi @learninnlivin

This error message indicates that a certificate issue might be blocking the HPE SimpliVity Plug-in download for vSphere client.

Here are some troubleshooting steps that may help you to resolve the issue:
1. The easiest thing to do first would be to try re-installing the plugin or re-registering the SimpliVity Plugin with the vCenter server.
2. Verify the network connectivity between the vCenter Server and the SimpliVity federation, firewall rules may block the communication between them.
2. Ensure the registered thumbprint for the certificate matches the one used by the download source.

I've pulled a few useful links related to a similar scenario which could be helpful:

To investigate further & resolve the issue, I recommend reaching out to HPE SimpliVity support as they can assist in troubleshooting and addressing this issue.

Hope this works for you.

Thanks @Sanika .  Fortunately, I had the installer available to be able to simply re-install it.
