New SimpliVity OmniStack Firmware Version 2023_0803

Good day everyone!

HPE SimpliVity OmniStack Firmware SVTSP-2023_0803 is now available for download. For more information on the contents of SVTSP-2023_0803, please visit the download page "Release Notes" tab.  To accompany the new firmware package there is an updated HPE SimpliVity OmniStack Interoperability Guide .

Hi Kipp!

The information sent out from HPE says "Critical - HPE requires users update to this version immediately." But I can't find ANY information about what is inside this bundle that makes it a critical one, can you 'shed some light on' this for us?

Hi KptH!

I heard this same question yesterday and like you, I see only "Recommended" or "Optional" components in the firmware bundle.  Nothing would indicate this is "Critical".  I have requested a review and to change the classification to "Recommended" if we are correct.  I will post an update shortly.

@Kipp_Glover is it still available? we cannot download the iso Package only the non-iso files can be downloaded.

older SVTSP Versions are possible but not the current one:

i've the same message when I trying to download the ISO file.

We know the situation where the .iso file for the SVTSP-2023_0803 is not downloadable.   Sorry for the inconvenience.  We are working to resolve the issue and I will post an update once fixed.   

Note:   The SVTSP-2023_0803 has been changed from "Critical" to "Recommended"

Good day!  FYI, the SVTSP-2023_0803 download issue is now resolved. I was successfully able to download SVTSP-2023_0803.02.iso.   Sorry for the delay.
