Have you tried ca614 suggested method above, using iLO Installation Queue?

I have patched two DL360 Gen11 servers yesterday using 2025.03 SPP, one got upgraded successfully, second - broke connection to Storage, but ca614 workarround still helped. If you want to update to 2.10.08, you will need  firmware update for Windows (cp064032.compsig, cp064032.exe) using iLO Installation Queue.
