Hi,
Got the SANnav trial appliance trial version (v2.1..1.4) running for an internal test, but we got some issues with it:
- Import to firmware repository fails with: "SSH server is unavailable"
- Supportsave mentions it starts,, but within a few seconds the status shows as 'Failed'
I'm using the internal SANnav SFTP/SCP server, firewall ports are open on the appliance. During install all default settings we're used, so internal SFTP/SCP server runs on port 22.
Switches are running 8.2.2d
What I've tried:
- Manually creating a Linux user called 'admin' with the password mentioned in the guides (with a homedir of /home/admin) This results in Supportsave running, the files are not showing up in the GUI., but they do in the homedir of the admin user. So it looks like it's an 'SSH user thing' to me.
- Firmware upload also seems to work, but errors out with the message 'firmwareMgmt.exception.unzipError'
Anyones got any idea? My guess is some glitch in the installation, with the result of the 'admin' ssh user not being created...
