SN2010M Reset to factory default
Hi,
Hopefully a very simple one - how can I reset my SN2010M to factory defaults? (I must have mistyped a password so cannot login to it)
I have depressed the reset button and then Ctrl+B there are options to "reset defaults" - I have tried this but it doesnt reset anything - just reloads.
I cannot seem to see a "reset to factory default" anywhere
Hopefully some can help.
Many thnaks
Andrew

Re: Query: SN2010M Reset to factory default
Hi
Thank you for your reply,
I have looked through and can only ee how to reset to facory defaults after you have logged on - my issue is I do not have the password to login (I have incorrectly set it unfirtunately)
I have been able to access the initial Menu when you press reset and up arrow but I cannot see an option for a factory reset
Thank you
Andrew
