SN2010M firmware download location?

We've recently purchased a new HPE SN2010M switch, which after a day of head scratching, appears that its installed with NVIDIA Cumulus Linux.

The firmware download page for the switch on the HPE site has no downloads for newer versions of Cumulus Linux.

Some of the documentation suggests that it should be available at https://cumulusnetworks.com/downloads but this just redirects to the Nvidia site where I've been going round in circles for the last 4 hours. Nvidia Enterprise Support have been no help so far, I'm guessing as this is a HPE badged swtich, rather than Nvidia/Mellanox.

Can anyone advise where I can get the latest firmware image (5.11) from?

According to this document: https://www.hpe.com/psnow/doc/a00143358enw " For licensing reasons, the NVIDIA Cumulus v5.10.0 NOS binary is not currently available through HPE’s support site, therefore customers are requested to log a case with HPE to gain access to the file."

I've got a case open, but no response as yet. Hopefully someone will get back to me soon.

Why is this so difficult HPE? I've had a case opened since Tuesday with no response. Case no 5387582477 if someone reading this is able to look...

I understand that you probably can't share the details of where to download the firmware in a public forum, but it really shouldn't take this long to get a response.

@Rob We're running into the same painful process. We had to open a support ticket which was initially not assigned to the correct team. They then sent us the firmware for 5.11.0 via a separate download website we have to request access to. Notably they said they couldn't provide access to 5.11.1 or 5.12.0 or 5.12.1. 

Have you found any better way to do this?

We purchased these switches because they had ISSU which were supposed to keep things online and operational. But instead the HPE update process seems to wipe the configuration. 

Netapp and Lenovo seem to also have Reference Configuration File python scripts, but I haven't found anything similar for the switches from HPE.
