SN3600B ports speed

Can SN3600B 8 ports work with 16Gbbps speed and 8 wih 32 Gbps speed?

Hi sauliusravinsk , 
As per my understanding, the ports may work as you required on the bases of transceiver and switch model in SN3600B series.
For more information, you can refer the SN3600B Quickspecs. page no. 2 and 3.
Please note, 32 Gbps performance can be obtained between two 32 Gbps capable devices.
