HPE OneView Demonstration Appliance

I work for a partner and logged in as partner account.  When I try to download HPE OneView Demonstration Appliance, it gives me an error message in red.

HPE Regrets it cannot process your request at this time.  Please contact <a href="../contact-us"> Licensing Support<a> with error code:1011

I also work for a HPE Partner and I am unable to find links to download the "HPE Oneview Demonstration Appliance" on the Partner portal.  I have logged two requests with "Partner Support" which have been closed for no apparent reason.

If you are able to assit or shed some light on what I need to do that would be great.

Got the exact same issue and both calls were closed.

I got told on both occasions I could download the appliance, yet I get the same error all over again. And I am trying to get the appliances (OneView/Synergy) for the MASE exam so it's a very relevant reason!

Can someone assist please?

I'm part of a big EU partner (CANCOM) and I have access to the Partener Portal but I don't find the link/the way to download the Oneview DCS simulator .... I'm following in this moment the oneview training and it would be very usefull
