Installation time

When buying new hardware ( in this case synergy server and composer) how long do you usally whait unitl representative comes and does the installation?

We waited more than 2 months and on the end becouse of performance issuse and lack of memory did installaion by ourselves. HPE just closed the case not giving me any answers.

New HPE Synergy hardware do not include installation services by default. That is an add-on SKU. We're you quoted installation services? If so, and you didn't get the installation services provided, I would ask you reach out to your sales representative to inquire further.

Additionally, opening a support case does not initiate any installation service for HPE compute solutions. There are dedicated HPE installation teams that cover vaiour solutions. However, if you purchased this from an HPE Authorized Partner or Reseller, they can provide those additional services.
