SSP SY-2023.03.01 firmware compliance view for iLo5 v2.81 update

On my Synergy environments with Composer2. OneView 8.20, and Gen 10 compute modules, the Firmware > Firmware Bundles > Firmware Compliance view shows that the Gen10 compute moduiles installed need to be upgraded from iLo 5 v 2.72 to v2.81 (in addition to other updates including Shared Infrastructure components.)

...but in my Synergy environments with Composer1 OneView v6.60.03, those same Gen10 compute modules do NOT show an iLo 5 upgrade in the Firmware > Firmware Bundles > Firmware Compliance view at all - only Shared Infrastructure FLM 3.03.01 to 4.0 appears.

However if I boot those same Composer 1 OneView v6.60.03 compute nodes with the SSP SY-2023.03.01 .iso mounted as iLo remote media  and choose the manual upgrade option, the iLo5 v2.81 upgrade *does* show up as an available update.  Why does this iLo 5 v 2.81 firmware update not appear in the Firmware Comliance view under the older Composer and OV 6.60.03  LTS release?

The answer is that OneView 6.60.04 correctly shows the 2.82 iLo firmware as a recommended updated where 6.60.03 did not.
