lost access to volume messages in ESXi

Synergy 12000+SY480 Gen10,  VCSE 32Gb  module,  VCSE firmware upgrade from 5.50.137 to 5.70.167.  ESXi version 7.0U3

The ESXi does not report lost access before the firmware is upgraded, but most ESXi report lost access after the upgrade. 

Upgrade to a later version of the firmware, or roll back the firmware

Can you please be a bit more specific in your issue?  What operation(s) are you trying to perform?  What are you experiencing during and after the operation(s)?  What OV and SSP version are you running and attempting to update to?

lost access to volume(storage) messages in ESXi ,  Is it because upgrading the synergy VCSE 32Gb moudel firmware from 5.50.137 to 5.70.167 affects the performance of the storage? The oneview version is 8.60.01 and the SSP version is 2023.05.01

Please open a support case for this issue.  There might be additional environmental factors that could be involved here.
