Did you mean to ask a question too?  Yes, the combination of 8.30.01 & SSP 2022.11.01 should be fine-- but the real details are in the OS version and their drivers.  Don't forget the whole stack.  Also, if you're running ESXi 7 with those 16Gb FC HBA, you need to be exceedingly careful as you're already off recipe because of the 'lpfc' driver supportability that was suspended in 2022.02.01 and only reinstated recently (using inbox, not async/HPE/out of box driver).

Thanks for update,

Below is my plan for 3phase upgrade of our enclosures same time. Please suggest on this.

Current Version and SPP
7.20.00

SY 2022.11.01

8.00.00

Planning to upgrade to 8.30.01 and immediatly to 8.40.01 once upgrade completed then going for SPP SY 2023.10.01

Sure, that's fine.  You could even / should go to 8.60.01

However-- the real issue is that your ESXi lpfc 16Gb FC HBA is not supported with that firmware and it's completely unknown how you have the correct driver running because if you used the drivers in the SSP it would definitely not work.  ....if you touch the compute modules / OS / driver updates, be prepared to do some research for the FC HBA driver on the HPE Synergy software release web pages.

LPFC driver validation - only when we update the SPP for indivual blades correct?

As per the this link  https://techhub.hpe.com/eginfolib/synergy/sw_release_info/ESXi_V70_U3_Oct.html

Notes:

Image includes ESXi 7.0 Update 3n.

This HPE Synergy Custom ESXi Image (703.0.0.11.4.5.6) and associated Synergy Custom AddOn has an updated lpfc driver that no longer supports the HPE Synergy 3530C 16G FC HBA. Support for this adapter is provided with the 7.0 U3 inbox lpfc driver, version 14.0.169.25. For more information,

Yes, correct.  As long as you don't use vLCM it should work correctly using OneView + iSUT.  There is a pending advisory on this but I do not know where it is in the publication process.
