Restore Synergy Composer from backup - Required roles?

Hi

Can the recovery (restore from backup) of HPE OneView on a Synergy Composer be undertaken by any Local user with the OneView Infrastructure Administrator role? Or does it need to be the built in Administrator role?

I understand that parts of the process will require the default Administrator credentials, but outside of that can it be completed without the Local Administrator credentials

Thanks

Hello @CadenLange ,

Only an Infrastructure administrator can restore an appliance from a backup file.

For more information, please refer to this link.

Thanks,

@Sahana_S ]

Thanks for the quick reply - I was just hoping to clarify that ANY Infrastructure Administrator user can recover a composer from backup rather than it needing to be the 'built-in' local Administrator user.

But I think that the wording of the roles in the link you provided has confirmed that for me.

thanks
