Our current setup is as below 

1 x Synergy Frame 12000
2 x VC SE 100Gb F32 Modules in Bay 3 and 6

2 x VC SE 16 GB FC module in Bay 2 and 4

we have  computes with 2 processor and mezzanine in slot 3 for network connectivity and mezzanine in slot 2 for storage connectivity.

recently we received new computer with single processor and mezzanine in slot 3 for network connectivity and mezzanine in slot 1 for storage connectivity.

as the new server are single procesor and mezzanine in slot 3 for network connectivity and mezzanine in slot 1 for storage connectivity. - the storage ports and not been mapped to ICM in bay 2 anf 4

Hence for new server to get the storage ports mapped we need to move the 2 x VC SE 16 GB FC module in Bay 2 and 4 to bay 1 and 5 - can this be done online, with any outage.

Pls provide ur assistance.
