Synergy Frame Hardware refresh guide
So, there's this single frame with 2 Composer 1, 2 VC SE40gb F8 and 4 SY480 Gen10 servers .
recently, the customer was instructed to to refresh the hardware of this frame, so, they bought this:
2 Composer 2 modules, 2 100gb F32 VC modules, 10 fans and 6 2650 W power supplies. Also, the new CNA's for the servers.
The first step is to migrate from Comp1 to Comp2.
I am aware of this Composer Migration guide, https://www.hpe.com/psnow/doc/a00090518en_us
but I have a question, at which point should I remove the old comp1 appliance, before or after the Restore backup on the Comp2 appliance?
Once both Comp2 are in place and is safe to continue with the rest of the hardware refresh, and related to the VC modules, at which point should I shutdown everything down and replace the PS and the fans?
I have this migration guid, https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/docDisplay?docLocale=en_US&docId=a00112701en_us
but I'm not certain about at which point should I replace the fans and PS's.
any hints are highly appreciated.

Re: Synergy Frame Hardware refresh guide
They didn't purchase any new Gen11.. ..so I assume it is possible to replace the fans and power supplies any time. First, middle, last, doesn't matter.. ..because they don't need them yet.
By the way, just to ask for sanity sake. I assume the customer is working hard to preseve the workload/install/configruation of those 4 SY480 Gen10 servers. Otherwise this is a lot of effort that could be skipped by rebuilding everything new.

Re: Synergy Frame Hardware refresh guide
RE: when to remove the HPE Composer (1st gen)? re-read the guide: you are restoring the backup on to a Composer2 that is sitting in the slot where the Composer (1st gen) used to be. It literally says "Remove both of the appliance modules from the appliance module bays."
