Unable to add Synergy 480 Gen10 nodes into ILO implifier

Hi. The customer wants to add Synergy 480 Gen10 computer modules into their ILO

implifier pack but unable to add. The credentials are correct below error is showing.

     Adding server may throw error, check the following-

a) Credentials should be proper.
b) Server may not be reachable. please check the network connectivity and subnet.
c) iLO amplifier pack version is compatible with server model.
d) Refer the document page no. 29
