use AHS log viewer from infosight

use AHS log viewer from infosight

I collect AHS log of synergy server and i need to analyse it from infosight , i followed the document but it seems not clear as i can't find servers or analyse logs right to device inventory as described on documents, 

Is it must that ILO amplifier pack is installed ? and server is connected to internet?

if anyone tried it plz inform me

Hi @Shady Aly , 
    iLO amplifier is required to onboard the server to the HPE Infosight. 
    Following may be issues for server is not visible in Infosight.-
    a. Server iLO version or telemetry must be updated to latest version
    b. The server should be in an internet
    c. The server should not have restriction to connect with Infosight such as a firewall, user permission
