How is that possible that IMC with all its feautres dosen't include the simple and basic feature:
showing the current unreachable devices, in a friendly URL, something like:
imc-srv/device-status/?status=down
a page that can be reachable to everyone (not only registred users) and can
be embeded inside another iframe/website (that's why the exact URL is needed)
??
I know I can go to Advanced view > Device Reachability but that's really not helping at all
cause you can't embed this page as an iframe for your Helpdesk.

SolutionIf you're creating a custom page for another system, then you're better off querying the IMC eAPI to get that data.

Re: A simple page for device down
Thanks.
Unfortunatelly, I didn't know about the API.
Very useful, and I managed to do it in a few minutes with the IMC REST API and basic PHP.
Yet, I think that simple page of device-down is very necessary and should be included in the build-in web portal.

Re: A simple page for device down
Good to hear you solved it with the API.
It is easy enough to have a widget of Critical devices/alarms, which should be cover the "device down" case. But they haven't designed their interface to pop out widgets as separate iframes.
