Hi guys,

I´m currently trying to monitor the Utilization of my E1 trunk connected to my Audiocdes MEdiant gateway by IMC.

I already found out the correct OID, but I can´t manage to get the correct Type, with everything I tried I get "Failed" while testing. I suppose it´s because of I need to select Index "0.0" while connecting but I can´t figure it out...

Anybody has an idea and could help me?

 Thanks in advance

Re: Add Custom Global index for Audiocodes

Just to reply to myself and in case somebody could make use of that:

I managed to get it going using this type:

[Index1[0]:acPMTrunkUtilizationVal:1:0]

Re: Add Custom Global index for Audiocodes

I am running into your exact issue.  Looking to track chanel utilization on our AudioCodes M1000B.  Found the same OID and need to select index 0.0 while connecting.  Though, when trying to add a custom global index, I get failures (see attached).  I have tried the 'type' you recommended and still get failures.

Just curious if this really worked for you and if you had to do anything else to get it working...?

Re: Add Custom Global index for Audiocodes

Hello.  I'm still attempting to graph the active calls on my AudioCodes.  I've done exactly as you've done, but I am unable to get it to work.  Might you be able to assist?
