Configuration options not showing in device capability set

Hi HPE guru's

I've got a device failing to backup (2530-48G-PoE+ Switch) which upon investigation is not showing configuration backup or configuration restoration in the device capability set display. Other devices of the same type and firmware are advertising that they do this, and those devices are backing up fine.

Have any of you got any ideas as to why this might be or how I can resolve this?

From the HPE IMC's access modes standpoint (SNMP, SSH and Telnet) is that device somewhat different from all the others? a simple diff of those contexts (especially SNMP and SSH) between running configurations should point you in the right direction IF that device was successfully added to IMC as all the others.
