Hello,
My actual iMC Plat version : 7.1 E0303L07
When installing patch iMC 7.1 E0303P10, I become this error :
Files being used, please manually delete the following folder and try again : ...\iMC\deploy\jdk
Installation made with "Intelligent Deployment Monitoring Agent". I never had this error before with others patchs.
Can you help me ?
Thanks. Regards.
Alain

Solutionhttp://networktasks.co.uk/imc/imc-errors
I do not recommend that you delete the jdk folder - there is a lock on one of the files, and deleting the folder will cause you a bit of a headache.
Remediation Steps
- Cancel the upgrade
- Load IDM
- Turn off the IMC automatic start
- Restart the IMC server and try the upgrade again
[EDIT] : And kill associated JAVAW process if necessary !
It's good for me.
