iMC Performance view : Temperature =0 for HP 2530-48G-PoE+-2SFP+ Switch

Hi guys,

I'm having a weird problem with temperature in my iMC 7.2 platform.

When trying to get temperature of my switches, the displayed chassis temperature and FAN 1,2 & 3 is 0° C.

I have 17 switches as below:

• 2 HP 5412R zl2 Switch : Temperature working fine (~22°C)
• 15 HP 2530-48G-PoE+-2SFP+ Switch : 0°C for (chassis temperature, Fan1-2&3)

I believe the problem is with the 2530 model, so i tried to use the MIB management to try some OID for temperature like :

hpCpuTemperature 1.3.6.1.4.1.11.2.3.7.11.17.7.1.1.1.6
hpPowerSupplyTemperature 1.3.6.1.4.1.11.2.3.7.11.17.7.1.1.1.7
hpChassisTemperature 1.3.6.1.4.1.11.2.3.7.11.17.7.1.1.1.8

But none of them worked.
