Unable to right click on the map using a Surface Pro Tablet

I've been trying to trouble shoot to correct an issue with IMC maps and my Surface Pro (5th gen). Everything acts perfectly on my old hp laptop, however our compnay is moving to Surface Pro's. I'm ablel to double click ang launch the map, however on the map window, i'm unable to right click to get the menu to lock/unlock devices, ect.
