Altering the Service Event Filter

Is it possible for me to change the a setting, so that HP Insight Remote Support shows up in the Service Event Tab, when a Server loses one of its redundant Power Supplies?

Hi,

As per IRS software design, if any power supply failure event occur at device, the same event would reflect in "Service Event" Page. There is no option to make any changes.

However, you can configure "Event Mail notification" for all service event.
